All items are printed to order, so please allow a few business days for production before dispatch. Free UK shipping is available on qualifying orders — see the banner at the top of our site for the current threshold.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is printed specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns for reasons of change of mind. If your item arrives faulty, misprinted, or damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery at havenofzen@gmail.com with a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
